New Work: Paper Craft

I am happy to announce my latest works on paper. New and ready for the holidays. They are three dimensional paper craft cube art figures. They make great gifts or start collecting them. Handmade and cut on bristol vellum smooth paper, painted with acrylics and ink.

There are more of these Totem type paper craft figures all with their own personal whimsical personalities. Heck there is even a three tiered black and white gorgeously inked fun Calavera Totem. You can see these currently on display at Oxala Fine Arts in Chicago
1653 W. 18th Street, 312. 850-1655 My cube art along with ink drawings and other original work will be on exhibition through the month of November.

All of the Totem paper figures are available for sale. For more information contact Omar Valencia of Oxala Fine Arts or send me an email at diana210@hotmail.com
Prices: Single cube $25 a set of three totem style cubes $70
I will post more images of my little darlings as soon as I photograph them over the weekend.

News Flash! Itching to get your handmade holiday shopping started. I will be exhibiting and selling my craft, drawings and prints at the 2nd Annual Universidad Popular handmade holiday craft fair. The craft fair will be held at the Chicago Urban Arts Society located at 2229 S. Halsted on Saturday, November 12 from 11am to 6pm.
Expect to see more of my Totem paper cube art, supremely delicious collectable posters of my work, small wood panel paintings, hand printed T-shirts, small mono-type prints with hand drawn images encased in paper CD covers with see through front, small original ink and graphite drawings and more.
Look for my name and booth at the fair. I will be sharing a table with local artist Omar Valencia.
